About

Enliven (En-ly-vin) means to give spirit or vivacity to; to inspire; to make vigorous or active.

How Enliven is Different

You won’t find any article, product or service that 1) compromises the word of God or 2) negates the fact that the reason we exercise and eat right is to honor God, not to look a certain way or be a certain size. The idea is not to promote an external goal, that is an added benefit, but the very purpose of living a healthy lifestyle is to honor God with our bodies and to live long so that we can fulfill his will for our lives.

Foundational Scripture

3 John 1:2 NLT ” Dear Friend, I hope all is well with you and that you are as healthy in body as you are strong in spirit.” For it is only when our souls are well that our bodies can be well.
